It is a privilege to be the Designated Broker for a Bremerton staple like Bradley Scott Commercial Real Estate. I have large shoes to fill in following a pillar of the community like Tim Arnold. Every day, I strive to lead our team in the Community centric direction that Tim intended. I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and have loved every minute! My husband and I spend a lot of time on the sidelines of soccer fields cheering (sometimes maybe a little too loudly!) for our 4 children. Life is sweeter when spent with the ones you love.

Specialization Within the Commercial Real Estate Market. Primary Activities Include Representation of Clients in Purchase, Sale, Exchange, and Leasing of Commercial Real Estate. In 1986 I arrived in Kitsap County with a one-year old son and a very pregnant wife. A month later my second son was born and after a way too short month of full-time fathering, I joined the Bradley Scott Team. I have specialized in commercial leasing and sales for 33 years. I have held the CCIM designation for 27 years. Since I have three college degrees, I was ready for a complicated job assignment. I was given a simple one and it will never change. “Provide businesses and investors with the commercial real estate help they need to be successful.” I am proud that some of my clients have been working with me for 30 years.
The two baby boys are now wonderful young men and we have two very entertaining grandsons. My wife and I have been adventure travelers – every State and 19 Countries. Still, the PNW is our favorite place. My preferred form of therapy is riding my motorcycle.
